      About Us Patrick Seidl has owned and operated Market Town Family Meats since February 2003. The business has grown steadily over that period, as a direct result of Patrick's 30 years of retail, wholesale and meat inspection experience, as well as his commitment to customer service and quality. The concept of the local family butcher is becoming rare. As major supermarkets and chain stores become larger, the local independent butcher is slowly disappearing. Patrick and his staff are local citizens for local customers.
